      Pros

      Very knowledgeable and approachable leadership team who seem to know most or all of the employees. Very inclusive and informative culture- employees are kept informed about virtually every aspect of operations and publicly recognized for their contributions. Certainly the most transparent company I’ve ever worked for. Smallish company with a lot more of a family feel than you’d get at one of the bigger employers in the Austin area. Very impressive company growth.

      Cons

      Not much to speak of other than the lack of a bonus structure for non-sales employees.

      Company is decent but they underpay everybody

      typical 401k match, relaxed dress code, free snacks

      Cons

      pay is absolutely awful. they want 5yrs + experience to work for 55k max - no bonus. they are taking advantage of people that are moving here by underpaying overqualified individuals. apply elsewhere because there are actual companies that will pay you what you are worth.
