      They were good people until the lay off

      Cons

      Mass hire just to let go of everyone without warning. Don't believe the "we want long term people to internally grow" mantra.

      Pros

      Great training on tasks, company culture is top notch, and they promote from within frequently as well as five raises.

      Cons

      Sometimes the work flow can die down and get boring but you learn to appreciate the down time.

      Transparent, great management and everyone is helpful.

      Cons

      Not enough pay for work being done. Compensation plan is fair to processors. The numbers will not allow you to make money.
