      Pros

      They don’t micromanage , generally laidback just do your job and no one bothers you.

      Cons

      Poor pay. No bonuses for UW. Not much room for growth. Very small company. Definitely not a place you would stay at for life.

      this was a remote position

      Cons

      Their process is time consuming, no one takes up for you unless your a high producer. Management consist of individuals that fake like they care but they actually don't. You could make more money processing elsewhere and doing less work. No diversity
