Due to the mobility of the company, all teams and departments are willing to help everyone in a pinch, it's amazing to see such dedication and teamwork towards colleagues.

Cons

There is a big lack of organization, where technicians are sent to other countries without any type of planning and briefing, internal documentantion and information is non-existent.
