Very poor management, makes you work under pressure most of the times without any kind of recognition in the end. No training plan. No career plan. No performance evaluation. The HR department is as if it doesn't exist at all. High turnover on the more technical positions makes innovation on company products almost non existent.

very long hours without reward, full geographic flexibility requested without any reward. Whatever you do never good enough never fast enough as management knows better even though they are totally inefficient and play a dubious role - bad mouthing on Owners give you right and trash you and do not defend you even if you work over 50 hours per week..... Just scandalous politics and sometimes borderline with the law....
