Thank you for this highlight of being a very professional and metrics driven organization. We have a team in the company around continuous improvement called QForce. We share our plans and goals at quarterly corporate update meetings that feature our executives highlighting our major initiatives and accomplishments as well as recognizing team members and their impact to the business.
