Pros

VisionIT is a company built on integrity and delivery. The culture is one that focuses on the customer and relationships that enable the necessary communication and resources for project execution. Access to executives provides the abilty to escalate any issues which need attention. VisionIT's ability to customize an approach to meet customer needs is a key attribute which ensures successful execution of client initiatives.

Cons

Need to better develop and market the "Urban Onshore" capability. As a former CIO, the ability to have onshore resources at competitive prices is a big plus. Many CIO/CTO's would opt to contract with a company that could provide lower costs utilizing domestic talent.

Exciting environment with room for growth. Leadership is engaged and makes good on their commitments to employees and customers. This company is all about integrity!

Cons

Fast growth and the infrastructure hasn't caught up yet, but management is aware and making sound decisions. Benefits could be better.
