Some very smart, dedicated and capable people who work very hard.

Cons

The CEO is a great salesman, but doesn't want to be involved in the day-to-day operations, so it is left up the President (HR background) who has never been in sales and has no experience leading a sales organization or leading a multi-million company. Lots of turnover and for good reason. Incentive plans that do not incent...it's all about keeping the money in the company coffers to fund high $ networking events and chasing ventures with questionable payback.

Pay you on time. Quick on-boarding process.

Cons

Recruiters didn't tell full story about client and their long term intentions. Recruiters will call every phone on your contact list and email you over and over and over. A negative walk when I say walk and run when I say run attitude. People will listen to you but no actions are taken once you come up with a plan.
