Pros

Liked working with the people. Had high level view of improvements to help streamline verticals.

Cons

No room for advancement or growth unless you are in a leadership role. Had high level view of improvements but not able to get down to a more granular level on how change would occur. Too many politics in the talent management (recruiting); a lot of the roles you worked on were based on if your manager liked you or not- not strictly based on talent or ability. Benefits and compensation plan for people not in a leadership role are not competitive within the Detroit market.

Pros

Offers relevant solutions to the marketplace Hires knowledgeable and experienced talent internally and for its clients CEO and President are stand-up individuals leading by example Exec Leadership will entertain ideas and strategies from non-management internal personnel

Cons

High turnover among ELT, internal staff Not enough recognition for employees Not very much community encouraged here--arrive, work, leave Management runs the company very bureaucratically and corporate-like Salaries are marginal at best and the health benefits are very substandard--high cost, low coverage.
