Pros
Whether you have come to Visionary in an entry level position, a service position, or a management position, this company has so much to offer. There are little perks like company-wide events and holiday parties; opportunities to work remotely; access to training and certifications; opportunity to join their WITs Scholarship Committee; and personal and professional development opportunities. Then there are financial perks like competitive salaries, bonuses, paid-time-off, 401k match and great healthcare benefits. But the best "Pros" come in the opportunity to advance in a highly skilled environment and be a part of such a successful and well-known company. You don't have to worry about training, Visionary will provide all the training you need to succeed here. If you are hard working and dedicated to being a true team player, the sky is the limit at Visionary. That sounds trite, but it has been proven to me time and again. Many of the current managers began in lower level positions and worked their way up through the ranks. It takes commitment to be sure, but the opportunity is definitely there.
Cons
Communication with remote staff could be better. I understand the challenges that the company faces when it comes to incorporating so many varying opinions of what should or shouldn't be / what needs or doesn’t need to be communicated. But I have no doubt this will be adequately addressed in time.
