I just started, but so far everything has been wonderful. My coworkers are nice, my manager is excellent, and the benefits are spectacular. On top of that, the pay is more than competitive and everyone is so encouraging and willing to help out if you have any questions or need a hand. So far, I couldn’t be happier.

Lots to like about working here. There’s a good amount of diversity which is encouraging to see in a more corporate setting. So many companies promise that they value diversity, but they fail to deliver, so it’s refreshing to see leadership that can actually keep their word. Moving on to my next point, it’s clear that the execs at VIP care about the well-being of their employees. The compensation is highly competitive, and the benefits packages are some of the best I’ve seen. They also check in with us to make sure that we’re satisfied with our jobs and that everything is running smoothly. I can’t speak for everyone when I say this, but having leadership show so much care and consideration makes a big difference in making you feel valued. Not only have I progressed a lot during my time here, but I have also gotten my mental health back on track. The people who work here are wonderful, supportive individuals, and I feel so lucky to work among them.
