Almost all work is done on site with the client. There aren't a lot of opportunities to work from home or in the VIP offices.

A lot of turnover in the last few years. Company could do a better job of communicating changes. HR could do a better job of engaging current employees. The HR department is somewhat impersonal. Benefits program costs can be a burden on single earner heads of families.
