I am a current employee of VIP and have been with the company for over 4 years.
At VIP, I have learned the value of a great company. I started here at young age, looking for an office job. I was given that chance and started out in an entry level position. I have since grown in my professional development, have a career at VIP that I am proud of and enjoy coming to work every day. We have many opportunities for career advancements and promotions. VIP will even help you with career advancement by providing in-house training and certifications. VIP has a great management team that is communicative and transparent in all business dealings, which does a lot to promote an environment of trust and respect.
Not only does VIP have opportunities to earn a great salary, we have great health care benefits, a 401k match, bonuses, etc. VIP even puts on fun events every year for employees, including a holiday party.
The office itself is very nice and modern, and it’s always very clean, which makes it easier to concentrate since there’s no bad smells or unsightly stains on the walls or furniture. Plus, VIP is always making sure we are up to date on current technology so that there’s no technical issues stopping us from doing a good job.
If you want a great place to work then VIP is the place you should be.
Cons
Former employees with negative mindsets trying to use the internet to spread their own personal agenda and point the blame at everyone but themselves. Other than that, I can’t think of one con about working at VIP.
