Pros

Working at VIP has been such a pleasure. The entire company consists of extremely talented and dynamic individuals. Compensation is generous and managers strive to keep all employee's workloads both challenging and realistic. They also encourage you to grow within the company and take on new and exciting projects so you can learn as much as possible!

Cons

Upper management has changed a few times since I have worked here, but it has only changed the company dynamic in a positive way.

Pros

Depending on the project and your direct manager, you can learn a great deal. Managers at the program level provide excellent support and direction; maintain easy-going personalities, yet they provoke challenge and motivation. Proud to tell others where I work.

Cons

Obvious split fidelity between parent and subsidiary company. Employees tend to disappear without a trace nor explanation. Contracts pipeline seems to be drying up. The HR teams conduct a smooth operation, but the employee discounts are a bit lackadaisical.
