1. The people I work with, are the best coworkers I have ever had. 2. The opportunities for success and growth are constantly given. 3. The support when needed is always there. If there is ever a question, struggle or issue as soon as it is voiced, you will be heard.

Cons

Because I am fully remote, sometimes I feel that I could be missing out on having stronger interpersonal relationships with my coworkers.
