      Creative, and Innovative Staff. Really care about clients' desires and needs.

      Cons

      CEO (construction side) is egotistical and a bully. Does not model Christianity in the workplace. Hostile environment. Employees constantly gossiping and looking over their shoulders. Satellite employees are not recognized for superior work. Corporate office only is recognized. Communication from corporate to satellite is very poor. HR does not properly execute any protection of non-management employee from bullying or wrongdoing in the workplace.
