Pros

Staff members are all good stewards and put every client first. Compensation for their work is a bit more than industry standards. Often, employees will pray for one another.

Cons

The main headquarters are often out of touch with the satelite offices. The focus of the organization is on the main office, giving little credit to the satelite employees. However, if there is discipline to hand out, it will be swift toward the satelite employees. Credit and discipline should at least be equal.

Pros

It is very fulfilling to those with a ministry mindset to work with and for (and pray with and for) churches that are reaching out to their communities. Every employee gets to do interesting things and work on interesting projects, in a variety of locations, with people that are generally motivated by something other than money.

Cons

There are no good and consistent tools or processes, "firm-wide standards" are not very well thought out for nationwide application (very California-centric, when they exist at all), they change often, and are only communicated to a few, and then they are applied haphazardly. Working in a satellite (not Irvine headquarters) office can be frustrating, since teams are held to a higher standard, but then not given the cred that teams on projects in Irvine get. On the up-side, the teams in the satellite offices seem to like each other more and work better together than the teams in Irvine.

Pros

If you are interested in designing Churches, or doing front end design. Helping churches can make you feel good about going to work. It's a relatively small firm so you will not get pigeon holed, and there are a lot of really experience people there to help you expand your skill set.

Cons

Poor pay, and being a new company means that it doesn't have all its duck in a row. Being a business means sometimes having to stick it to your clients, for good or bad. When your client is a church, it never feels good, no matter how justified. You also have to deal with the dark side of church as a business.
