You don't get assigned any shifts that fit your availability given, you must request all shifts and then may or may not get them. Sometimes they would approve you for a shift less than 24 hours of the shift, with no way to know it was assigned without logging in multiple times everyday. And if you didn't see that it was assigned to you, no matter how late it was assigned, it's a no call no show. They keep hiring caregivers but do not have enough regular shifts to fill hours for current employees. Office staff is sweet on the surface, but rude and bullies you in reality. One CG even said they threatened her to get her to take a shift. I've also had multiple clients say that they've had shifts where nobody came and they had to reach out to the office, rather than the office covering the shift or even calling the client to make a plan.
