-Typical growing pains - the leadership has done a great job of recognizing where more structure is beneficial to the firm, and hired excellent leaders to help put structure in place without compromising the culture that makes Vista great - change is never easy, though, and of course there are small bumps associated with that. -Change management - Vista done a good job, but not the best job, communicating the necessity of change, leaving some long-term employees nostalgic for the "good ol' days" where they might be more supportive of change if they understood the "why" behind it -Work/Life Balance - to be fair, everyone at Vista is well aware that part of being successful in this industry is a willingness to put personal lives aside at times, and employees self-select in or out of this industry with that understanding. Most of the leaders within Vista respect that family/self come first and are very supportive of that, including those at the very top. There are a select few that don't follow that for themselves though, and put Vista first in their own lives, leading them to set the tone that Vista must come first for their reports as well.
