      No Humanitarian Aspect to the Company

      Pros

      Decent though uncompetitive salary. Close to public transit. Over the top company holiday party with excessive gift giving to it's employees. The Compliance Team was great to work with. Profitable. HR's leader wears fun bow ties.

      Cons

      Money focused without any interest in helping community or giving back. Most employees measure self worth by their assets and financial standings, including the administrative team. No one really looks to further themselves as people or even expand their own roles. The administrative team steps on each other when they feel threatened. HR is also highly unaware of California employment laws being located in the mid west.

      Pros

      The executive assistants at Vista are good people and great co-workers and the one positive thing about working there.

      Cons

      If you enjoy being micro-managed and having to ask permission for anything than this is the place for you! Do not expect management to have your back.

      Pros

      Work with world's leading Private Equity firm focused on technology and technology enabled businesses. Filled with professionals that are at the top of their areas of expertise, great learning environment - even for seasoned professionals, fast pace, and great leadership.

      Cons

      Not very many cons to working with VCG and the investment team.
