Pros

I've been working at Vista for 4 years and enjoy making a positive impact on the lives of others. My coworkers are passionate people and are great to work alongside. I would encourage anyone interested in finding meaningful employment to look into Vista to see if there is a job that suits your family life and needs.

Cons

Moderate pay at non-profits. Best increases come from promotions. As a human services organization, expect an annual holiday shift in your first 5 years.
