The amount of work the give you is by no means worth the money they pay you and then they try to trick you with saying you'll receive a bonus which is based on the whole company's performance not yours

Cons

Too much work, nor enough pay. No incentives. Despite being a large company health benefits are horrible. No advancement opportunities truly exist despite what they tell you when they hire you
