Pros
Great place to learn and add to your resume before leaving. Professional and Manager level team members are helpful and friendly.
Cons
Annual head cutting due to budget constraints. Leadership team manage by fear and this is driven by the senior team. Regular org changes with limited stability and a high number of people leaving. Active push to move people from the US and Europe to Mexico and India. The people that do stay have a very high workload that affects the quality of work and people’s lives.
