      Pros

      Clean work environment, compensation is comparable to the rest of the market.

      Cons

      Communication is not one of the corporations strong points. When asked for a detailed rollout plan for moving forward, "its up to you" is the response that is given. Work life balance is also something that is not maintained well.

      Pros

      Plenty of opportunities to learn, access to senior management, good pay when compared with industry standards.

      Cons

      Not much that I can think of.....apart from the lengthy processes which sometimes lead to work getting stuck.
