Pros

Salary, benefits, and vacation are generous. Never a shortage of work to do! Many experienced coworkers.

Cons

Many systems are not adequate or just don't work. Many manual processes in place to make up for the shortcomings of systems. There is little desire to invest in or upgrade tools. Communication is not good. Culture is not collaborative. I don't think I've met anyone here that likes their job.

Poor engineering leadership decision-making and strategy Remnants of no growth mentality from bankruptcy remain Some teammembers have a 'not my job' worldview Insufficient staffing to support existing customer projects, let alone win new or invest in future product development
