      A great company to start your career with. I joined this company as a fresher. You can a learn a lot in this company. Fair salary package compared to market

      37.5 hour week , discounts on cars (when I was there ) Matrix management strucutre which meant you had one manager for software and another for product , which can help Good structured and mature process Some decent technical Engineers

      Stuck in the 80's , Slow at adopting new software methodologies Waterfall model of development seriously ? A lot of politics

      Pros

      There are some really nice people who work there, you'll have a great time with the people in the office as the atmosphere is very good between colleagues. There are lots of extracurricular activities you can get involved in. There's plenty of scope to move around within the company. There are some interesting projects to work on.

      Cons

      Management need to learn better delegation and should be more encouraging to staff. There's a underlying feeling of being under-valued and over worked. The company will try to take as much as they can from you for very little reward. Managers don't seem to listen to their teams and don't seem to want to make changes to help their employees work more efficiently. The CEO is making many people redundant and moving all the interesting work to very few locations.
