The work culture is very good. All are treated equal irrespective of their designations and the people are very friendly and professional. As a fresher, I had a very good learning experience and always found help when required.

Cons

There are no cons as such. If forced to give a con, may be the late night work during releases. But, even that cannot strictly be a con as no one actually forces you to stay.
