Pros

Get exposed to large clients. Some non specific work experience. Free snacks and drinks.

Cons

Long working hours, high demand, finger pointing, In-group bias/favouritism.

 Losing great talent all the time.

 Micromanaging, overworking, with no work life balance and no room for advancement.

People are overworked and underplayed. This place is a joke.

Pros

Among the 25,000 partners in the SAP world, Vistex ranks among only a few as platinum status. Thus, the name is well respected and widely used throughout multiple industries. The company has numerous resources to assist with projects and complex business cases. Great benefits, fat salary, lunch provided once a month, employee recognition program, and a wide variety of brilliant minds to interact with are just a few perks. Global reach to service customers worldwide. Many good years lie ahead.

Cons

As the company grows, growing pains occur which affect employees in both negative and positive ways for the long term. At times it felt extremely institutionalized. Poor training courses, pompous attitudes, and lack of communication between key departments hinder the company's ability to move forward. Quality issues are not dealt with correctly or quickly. Very little accountability exists. Micro managed beyond belief. Career path is limited to special individuals. Lose more deals than they win. Certain directors are tri-polar.
