Pros

The health bennies are not bad.

Cons

Company is full of managers that enjoyed riding SAP's coattails for too long. Now that the company is trying to expand into SaaS, it finds that its solutions are over-priced, not even close to plug-and-play, and full of senior team members that are over-matched for market needs and unable to do the job or understand the markets they try to serve. Trouble will continue to grow, as SAP creates competing solutions that are cheaper and better. The only growth prospects are through acquisitions now. Dead man walking.

Client Associate Position: too much requested, little to no reward

Pros

Experience in your resume, I suppose. There are businesses that require less and pay more, though. They offered matching 401k.

Cons

Your efforts are not rewarded accordingly. It is a revolving door with no support (moral or financial) from upper management.

Interview was conducted in 3 phases. Two phone interviews, HR and reporring mamager. Onsite interview was with team and manager.

Cons

Mislead in why position was open which would have been a show stopper for me to accept.
