Great work atmosphere, talented people, promotion from within, laid-back environment without micromanagement. The GB Core values are part of training, performance reviews, and everyday conversation: ONE COMPANY, ONE TEAM ADVANCE CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS CREATE - DON'T MAINTAIN LEAD WITH THE POSITIVE DRIVE FOR RESULTS RESPECT ALL OWN IT The fact that management lives by these values and are held to them by other management and employees alike make for a good team atmosphere and positive thinking in the workplace.

Cons

While there is good diversity from the general workforce to middle management, upper leadership is mostly white, mostly male, and somewhat conservative. Owned by venture capital; sometimes needed investment is delayed while profit is prioritized making it harder for individuals and projects to fulfill potential. Bonuses are paid on EBITA, profit goals are steep.
