      Good people, but a sometimes frustrating business culture

      Learn a lot and have the opportunity to be exposed to a very unique/ growing market segment

      Cons

      Underpaid and hourly rate. Poor communication between executive staff and rest of company. Little empowerment due to micromanagement.

      Close to home! I love my work commute. Nice people. I like the building and the work space.

      Cons

      Raises not forthcoming with so called promotions. Flip flops with in management. Sale reps are given too much say so on accounts
