The systems and operations are constantly changing. They add on responsibilities and don’t increase pay. Salary increases are so small you can barely see them on a paycheck. They don’t care how hard you work they will always give you “meets expectations” on reviews. They understaff, underpay, and overwork you. During the interview process they will tell you that the showrooms hit monthly bonus every month but you’re lucky to see more than 5 per year. Not to mention, the goals that you have to hit are unattainable in shared markets. If you are looking for a job where you have room to grow this is not the place for you, unless you want to be in management and relocate to anywhere within the US that they open a new showroom.
