Pretty office, many nice co-workers, benefits were nice, ok starting pay

Cons

Forced to take on others' work when done with my own because other people paid higher would be messing around. Very clique-y culture, management is hard on some and does nothing about others, people do not necessarily get raises or promotions based on the quality of their work, but more on who you know and are friends with. Things are more about appearance here than running a cohesive office.
