Working at this company can be very demanding, both in pace and expectations. The executive team is extremely hands-on and closely involved with decisions across most departments, which some people may appreciate but others may find limiting. Leadership has been in place for a long time and tends to strongly favor its own direction, so suggestions that diverge from existing viewpoints don’t always gain much traction.
