Pros
Co-workers were nice and made the day fun. They are always willing the help you. Not a bad starting salary. Relax dress code. Located by many places to eat for lunch.
Cons
I worked here for awhile. It was by far the most unprofessional place I have ever worked. There are not enough sups/leads on the floor. They are constantly overwhelmed and if you go to other co-worker for helping, the management team will get onto you for that. Employees that have been there for awhile and know A LOT refuse to be leads due to how the current ones are treated. There have been several times employees either walked out in tears or extremely angry because they have asked the managers, not the leads/sups as they try their best to help everyone, for help or a question and get talked down to, or yelled at. They do not provide you with the proper tools to do your job. There are a few databases they expect you to use, but one it is difficult to know which one has the information you need. And if you take too long looking for the information, that is frowned upon too. They release updates to the software, never mention it, and when you asking for a customer are told it has been fixed...But it was never communicated to the staff that would be fielding the calls. When the management team need to address something with an employee, they do not take them in an office or conference room, they attack them on the floor in front of everyone. They had a really great HR person for awhile but I found out they apparently ran them off, Some employees are still waiting for benefits to kick in. Management are friends who hang out outside of work so it is pointless to voice any concerns about them or the work environment because they will not do anything. In the months I was there, I never met the owner. Even though he is in the same, small building. They do not offer overtime, but expect you to stay up to 15 minutes after your shift ends. So that is 5 hours a month you work for free. It's a shame it is run so haphazardly because it is not a company in an extremely competitive field so it has potential to grow and be good.
