No drug test .

Cons

There is no room for improvement , I worked for a month doing more than I was hired for and more than I was paid while being told I was being trained to be a lead , once inquiring about where I was with my position and having my super visor literally yelling at me leading to me leaving to avoid conflict lead to my termination .
