      Pros

      Excellent environment between colleagues. Technical expertise in bags industry. Open minds to embrace changes. OEE tracking real 85% (no make up!) Technical core team (Quality & Engieneering) gain 40% gain in OEE target in 2 years timeframe.Steady including machine qualifications (5 out of 9)

      Cons

      Low to Zero support to business sponsors. Leaderships oriented to embrace change with personal motivation but results are just below target, Product demands drops from 90% Plant Capacity 20% in 2 years timeframe, Wrong marketing strategic from sponsor almost kill the business in 8 moths period ( our customer lost us in the Club House shelfs!)

      Pros

      Pay was reasonable. My former boss was great. He was fired because his managers were incompetent.

      Cons

      No air conditioning. Primary language is Spanish. Erratic and shooting from the hip is standard. They do very little recycling and greatly contribute to landfill pollution. They actually scrap enormous amounts of plastics and carboard. Everything is a band aid fix.

      Pros

      The owner of the company is very passionate about the success of the company. He wants nothing more than to have his company do well, and I think that is very important. The logistics division is affiliated with the Visual Pak Companies as a whole, so there is a lot of synergies between Logistics as well as the other entities within the Visual Pak umbrella.

      Cons

      For the 16 months that I was apart of this company, there seemed to be a major disconnect between the carrier and customer side. There have been numerous management changes on both sides, and morale continued flat-line.
