After having been in a bate and switch situation in the past, I think the first major "pro" with VisualSoft was that they had the type of work I really wanted. All of the VisualSoft employees at the customer site were leads or well respected, so that made me feel good about their talent selection and customer reputation. I'll add that I had a personal situation come up unexpectedly and it's not often that the CEO of a company takes a personal interest in seeing things work out for you. That was my experience and I'm glad that I had the opportunity to work with them. The only reason I'm not still employed with VisualSoft is that I accepted a Federal Gov. position.

I worked for VisualSoft Inc for 2 years as the Director of Infrastructure Practice. The company is led by a dynamic CEO that cares about every individual in the company. He has the vision to bring innovative software solutions, include mobile applications, to enterprise-class and small business clients. Visualsoft Inc pays very well and they have competitive salaries. I only left because our contract ended with the client after a recompete.
