I work at headquarters in Austin and since joining the team my knowledge and skills have grown tremendously. I'm challenged daily by smart, collaborative people and supported by managers that prioritize my professional development and passions. In the CPG industry, marketing fantastic products for a brand with a mission you whole-heatedly support can't be taken for granted, either. Other perks include: • Fully stocked kitchen • Free eggs and butter • Flexible hours • 3% employer 401K contribution

Cons

The headquarters office is currently in an industrial area and in need of some upgrades but leadership is actively working on a solution.

The product is very good. Thank you chickens!

Cons

All divisions experience very high levels of turover. This is reflective of bad leadership and people just not being put in the correct roles or having proper expectations set.

Free eggs but they have gone downhill quickly.

Cons

Mgmt, HR, they allow other employees to assault you and then blame you, racist comments by others employees, and fire you when you have a work accident.
