The company embraces the stakeholder business model, and employees are an essential part of that approach. We are all valued, treated like experts, empowered to share opinions, and encouraged to create our own processes. We are a highly collaborative team who work together to meet goals, but also take time to laugh together so coming to work every day is genuinely fun.
