Some Good, More Bad

Pros

Free Eggs are great, Overtime is more than available for work horses, work is fairly brain dead easy.

Cons

Work environment is erratic between aggressive and friendly. Management is a bit cold to production department. Some Lead individuals are horrible to work with. 12 hour shifts and some times mandated overtime which are also 12 hour workdays.

Pay and benefits are good.

Cons

Too many meetings. Poor communication. Terrible leadership. Discrimination. They don’t listen to employees ideas and feedback, at least not from a person of color.
