Business management style is terrible. Employees are not important only their quarterly earnings statements mean anything to them.

Fun atmosphere, Managment is not aloof, and available to question and converse. Free eggs, Climate Controlled facility.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations. Attendence point policy. Office personel practices favortism. There is no work life balance. 12 hour shifts.
