Pros

When I started in 2020, it was a great company! Had some issues, but overall, a wonderful place to work! Free eggs, consistent schedule, and overall, a nice place to work.

Cons

By the time I left, there was constant overtime with the empty promise of that ending soon. Management claimed to care, but so many people went to management with their concerns and possible ways to change things and nothing ever happened. We were told that tiny windows and air conditioning were a benefit. From the way it sounds, it has just been worse since I have left.

Pros

At least they seem to try. Truth is ; you can’t just decide your ethical and mark everyone as ethical. Being ethical means having real standards and morals. Society as a whole isn’t doing well in that department . So to truly be different from other companies takes a courage that most people don’t have within. A sheep can’t be a lion.

Cons

Unpredictable schedule and OT Very unhappy workers People with seniority manipulate and abuse new workers Thievery

Pros

Love working with collaborative, mission-driven, and passionate colleagues! It's exciting to work for such a beloved brand and the company and my peers are sincere in driving the missions forward.

Cons

Executive leadership does not trust the very smart and capable employees they have hired. There is a lot of micromanagement but also a lack of guidance and direction. Leadership is out of touch with the actual experience of employees and are quick to blame employees rather than look inward at their dysfunction.
