Great Work Culture and Coworker, but Pay is lackluster

I love my coworkers and manager. It is a very fast growing company which means there are a lot of changes which can be stressful, but the communication is pretty good.

Cons

They talk about BS free and valuing transparency, but there is no transparency in pay and they don’t really offer competitive salaries in my experience.
