This office has a great / positive culture. We have wonderful support from the top down. There are processes in place for any situation that arises. I enjoy working for a company with such great values and guiding principles with a mission "to transform lives and foster hope by bringing a culture of caring to every encounter"

I have been with our company for over 10 years. Most recently transitioning into VitalCaring Group. It has been an incredible positive experience; The leadership is transparent and always strives to support employee's growth. There are plenty of opportunities for professional development, and I’ve had the chance to take on new responsibilities that have helped me grow in my role. Overall, it’s a great company with a positive and inclusive culture that really cares about its employees!
