Was a great place to work until this group bought the company. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere

Cons

Only concern is about money. CEO came and gave a presentation that was all about how much money she was making. Told employees they wanted to take care of them, then only talked about how to make money for her. Never once talking about improvement of benefits. That’s because they got worse Supplies being delivered to patients are low quality if they get anything. Nurses are expected to deliver top notch care with limited poor quality things.

Company car is pretty much the only benefit here.

Cons

Communication from management is terrible, Vitalcaring does not seem to care about their field staff. They prefer to cater to their executives and run their field staff to the ground. Not happy with the company transition, they have made field staff jobs harder. Definitely a company that cares more about reimbursement from insurance companies than servicing patients appropriately.
