Some areas have good managers. Generous PTO policy.

Cons

Very little diversity. Not focused on quality care, only $$$. Despite having immense financial capability and not being a public company, not focused on giving back to society. Disappointing to see taking undue advantage of CMS rules and overutilize Medicare benefits
