Pros

Growing organization, committed to improving patient outcomes, employee satisfaction by improving processes and efficiency, and there is much better communication with leadership. Flexible work arrangements. Feedback and data to show improvements. Comprehensive benefit package.

Cons

In the past, it was difficult to get pay increases or to work from home, but the company has come a long way since then.

Pros

Billers are able to work at home. Management is understanding about needing time off for legitimate reasons.

Cons

The executives and managers are mostly in over their heads, a lot of them are not qualified. The health insurance is too expensive to utilize, it costs a fortune to see a doctor. They don't pay well enough to be competitive with other companies. The training is terrible. After the company was bought out, the software changed, and I received a 15-minute training session online with my boss. I had to try to figure everything out through trial and error. It was so frustrating that I left after being with the original company for 10 + years.
