Pros

As a newer employee, I have been so impressed with the genuine caring displayed by leadership which sets the expectation for every team member to live out the vision and mission of the company. It is not just words on paper, but it is felt in every interaction between team members building a phenomenal culture where you feel valued and inspired to give your best. Everyone is so helpful and truly happy working here. It has been a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend VCG whether you have been in home health before or you want to try something new. This is a company you will never want to leave!

Cons

I wish they were bigger and, in more states, so they could have a larger impact on the industry. It is only a matter of time!
