      Pros

      The mission is real and helps people. There is a sincere desire to fulfill this mission. The change needed to take the organization forward is achievable. Achieving this change will make a real difference.

      Cons

      Extremely change resistant culture. Many long time employees who don't know, or want to know, any other way. A "not invented here" mindset.

      Pros

      The benefits are great. The mission is worthwhile and the people are wonderful. Training was top notch and thorough.

      Cons

      Reorganizations, layoffs, and uncertainty! There was a "changing of the guard" and many key positions retired. Now several new high level executives are making sweeping changes. The focus is less on community and making a difference and more on profits and take overs of other blood banks.

      Pros

      Part time, u can choose to work nights or mornings, everyone is friendly.

      Cons

      Cannot exceed your hours, very strict. Customer floor leads need better training. Supervisor very rude and she looked angry every day . Constantly changing work practices every 4 months.
